You may try the below: First, log out of YorkieTalk. Then try to clear your Internet cookies and then sign in again, as the problem appears to be related with your browser. Please make sure cookies are enabled on your Internet browser settings. When you sign in, checkbox the Remember Me button. https://helpdesk.jetnet.aa.com/knowb.../aa_bb9167.htm You can also try to clear your Internet cache files. Here's how to do that: Internet Explorer 6: How and Why to Clear Your Cache We suggest members do NOT use the AOL Browser to access YorkieTalk. Internet Explorer or Firefox works much better with our site. Or you may try another Internet browser, such as Firefox (Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable) or Opera (Opera Browser | Faster & safer Internet | Free Download), both which are free. The missing security token can happen when you let the browser window sit for 15 minutes or more, as the system thinks you are no longer active on the site. Usually, you can refresh the page and then post your thread or reply. |
Everytime my browser (firefox) updates to a new version I end up having to log in everytime I come on. Usually if I delete my cookies that fixes it but it didnt this last time so Im always logging in also |
