We can not and do not control what members may write on their own personal Web sites. Thank you. | Thanks for your reply. I support freedom of speech. To comment on the length of time a blog is left on your site. I'm glad you leave the blogs, not so sure about the sales advertisements. My main reason for asking my last question was to get the go ahead to give my side of the story, because I'm the person Yorkielovinmoma was speaking of. During the time yorkielovinmoma left her comments about me, I was also trying to help care for my dying mother. My mother had Alzheimers and passed away six months ago. It hasn't been until now that I'm catching up on things I had to let go during her illness. I do have a email from the lady (Trish Ellis) Yorkielovinmoma was speaking of. In the email Mrs Ellis told me I could use her dog for free (stud service) she just wanted to make sure the puppies got good homes. The lady "Trish Ellis" took me to court and won. I'm sure she knew the judge because his mind was made up before I went to court. He didn't even allow the email she had sent me. Before our court date I was sure she would take the two puppies and drop the court case. The day of court, she decided she wanted money instead, which she got. Yorkielovinmoma or Amanda Moyers accompanied Mrs. Ellis to court and testified in her behalf. I had never seen Amanda Moyers, and she knew only what Mrs. Ellis had told her about me. The worst thing is, the stud that (AKA ) yorkielovinmoma, "Amanda Moyers" sold to Mrs Ellis, carried the clef pallet gene. My first female yorkie had three puppies and two died at birth. When my second female came in heat about three weeks after the first was bred, I mentioned it to Mrs. Ellis and she begged me to use her male again. This liter was a C-section delivery and one puppy didn't live a day due to clef pallet. Amanda Moyer advertised Trish Ellis's dog "Jiggy" on her website as being a proven stud after my puppies were born. Even though my puppies were never registered. I verified this through AKC. I asked AKC if Mrs. Ellis's stud had fathered any other liters that I wasn't aware of. Their reply was no "Trish's Gettin Jiggy With It" had not fathered a liter. Both of my females have since gave birth to a liter. Those puppies had no signs of clef pallet. The clef pallet gene had to be coming from (Trish Ellis's Stud "Jiggy") Jiggy originated from Amanda Moyers (AKA) yorkielovinmoma, as I mentioned before.Mrs. Ellis was aware of my mother illness and promised to help me care for the puppies, which she did nothing as far as help. I asked her several times to sign a contract (before I used her male Jiggy) and her reply was "we're friends we don't need to do that". Stupid on my part for ever believing her. Mrs. Ellis had already told me her husband wouldn't let her have another dog, because they already had two yorkies. I'm so sorry now that I ever trusted her as a friend. I learned a valuable lesson and that is...ALWAYS have a contract. I'll never trust someone I thought was a friend. Please post this so everyone can see. I'd be glad to forward anyone the email Mrs. Ellis sent me, telling me she would not charge me a stud fee. Another thing I'm sure a lot of people aren't aware of. Even after I paid what the judge awarded Mrs Ellis, it is still listed on my credit report until Mrs. Ellis releases me of the debt. I've written Mrs. Ellis a (certified letter) one year ago this month, asking her to release me of the debt in order to get it off my credit and she has yet to do so. After two years and no help from Mrs Ellis, my intentions are to take her back to court. My last and final question is, CAN I TAKE THE BLOGS THAT AMANDA MOYERS LEFT ON YOUR SITE to use when I go to court??? Please let me know. Lord knows I don't want to get myself in another mess. Amanda Moyer threatened to report me to AKC when she found out I would be taking her along with Mrs. Ellis back to court. That doesn't bother me at all. I told her to go ahead, that I was in good standing with AKC. I'm not a puppy mill. I live in a subdivision and my yorkies live in my home. When Amanda Moyers called me to give me her threats, I asked her what she had to gain by going to court with Mrs. Ellis especially since she didn't even know me. Her reply was that she believed Mrs. Ellis. I'm guessing Mrs. Ellis promised her one of the yorkie puppies. I sure wouldn't get involved in a court case unless there was something in it for me, especially if I was only going on what I had heard about a person. If you listed yorkielovinmoma's blogs about me, then you should list this one. There are plenty of other things I have to tell YorkieTalk members about my ordeal with Amanda Moyers, and Mrs. Ellis but my main concern is taking her input on your site, about me, to court and getting my credit straightened out. What I've just said might help someone from going through what I did with money hungry people. Makes me disappointed in, not only yorkie breeders, but owners as well. I had intended to pay the judgment and mark it off as a lesson learned until my credit got involved. The good Lord will deal with the both of them I'm sure and may have already. Until then I need to deal with my credit. As far as being a good breeder, my reputation speaks for itself so that doesn't bother me. I'm just way to trusting, and because of that, people take advantage of me. Especially those people only interested in money. |
