30 seconds between posts -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "The following errors occurred with your submission This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 18 seconds." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Is it possible to shorten the required time in between posts? Like 15 seconds??? Or just even shorten the required time to post on profile pages? :D :D :D PLEEASE! :heart to Alyssa |
I agree it drives me nut's! lol |
Also the 30 second rule to "search"! I click "new posts" click one and read it real fast, click "new posts" again and I have to wait! Very annoying. |

There are several reasons why there is a 30 second period between posts, such as helping to avoid spam and to ensure our server doesn't get overloaded. Optimally, we would like to shorten this time period a bit for our Donating Members, but we do not see a way to do this at this time. Thank you for your feedback. |
I know a way that make it seem a little easier, for times when you need to do a mass mailing to people in one of the clubs, for example. I just open each person in a new "tab", not window, I often open up 10-15 tabs at a time. You can than post the messages, and click on the first to actually send. Keep just pasting the others for another 30 seconds, until you can actually "post reply" again. Continue to do this, and then all the tabs are pasted and ready to "post reply." In the mean time, I can open up another window and read the threads, and just hit "submit reply" to each of the open tabs every 30 seconds or so. It's not nearly as boring as waiting 30 seconds. |
