Yeah, the ads are Google ads so they are targeted to the text written on the page. One of them says "new and used" |
Its a paid ad, They have to make some money somewhere. |
its sad but yt has to take the money where they can get it they just arent getting enough from donations. |
I did not intent to offend you in anyway |
I know its a paid ad. But I also know that you can exclude certain words. That's one of the things I did at my old job (figuring out what ads could appear on our site). |

Dartprincess: no problem :) i've just had a crappy day and didn't want to read into your post too much |
You can't exclude certain words. You can do it "temporarily" if you can do it at all. I personally don't think its a big deal. It cost a f*load of money to run the server and whenever someone clicks up there, the site gets a penny or something. |

Love My Babies-- please contact admin and give them some pointers ;) May be they are unaware of how to screen ads. I am sure they would appreciate your wisdom and knowledge. |
Hey Lovemybabies, Stewiesmom is in Chicago, you're in Chicago... Apparently you are both website and computer savvy... Could this be some of that networking I mentioned on another thread???? :happyboun |
Thank you for your feedback. While we don't necessarily agree with the term teacup when it comes to Yorkies, that site looks like they help or sell information on training. We don't believe they are using the word negatively to trick people or to sell small Yorkies. Also, the Google ads you see are done by Google, and we do not know what ads will appear until after it appears on our site. We do remove blatantly offensive or misleading or problematic Yorkie breeder Google ads from being placed on YorkieTalk once we see it. |
