Profile background and stuff are gone?
 
Why would this happen all of a sudden? :confused: I am pretty sure it was all ok yesterday. I still have the pics in my album and tried to put the codes back in when editing profile, but it said........

Main has invalid properties:background image

Does anyone know what this means?:confused:

I see a solid red background on your profile page, and I saw lots of items in your photo gallery.

Is that what it's supposed to look like? I like it! :)

erino77.....under your profile name and to the right there is a word underlined.....it may say hide user customizations....try hitting that to bring customizations back.....I like Judy in Waco am seeing your red backround everywhere. Hope it helps.

yes I am seeing just the red also. It was the pawprints for the main background and the bones for some of the headers. Sorry I don't know which ones are which, lol! Took me a lot of trying to get it like it was now its gone :( I am going to try the user customizations thingy now

Nope, on your own page it says customize profile. On other peoples it will say hide user customizations. I tried ;)
Hhmmmmm maybe I will go find a new pic and try it. Wonder what happened? It's bugging me, lol! :)

Everything I try just keeps saying "invalid properties" in whatever place I am trying to put them i.e. main, secondary, etc ????

Perhaps you're not pasting the right code in. The picture has to be in one of you Albums, if the albums is set for "profile" these pictures will even come up automatically, when you are pasting a code making it that much easier, otherwise you just have to paste in the "Picture URL" not the "BB code"

My time of posting says 11:21 while your say 11:42 what's up with that?

This happened to me last week when I was re-doing my page. I tried putting the codes in for about half a day and it happened everytime. Didn't know what was up with it but later on it was ok.

hmmm, Fasteddie, do you have ideas? Hopefully admin will see this and help me, I don't want to pm them over it though. They have bigger issues then my profile page, lol! ;)

Shirl, I have been trying off and on and it still wont let me, I was hoping it would be what you said :)

Nancy, lol your funny ;) I am doing the right code from the pics in my albums, but it just says invalid properties everytime. :(

Thanks Anne, I hope I can get it fixed, I want my cute pages back, lol! :)

Hrmm, that is odd. We only see a red background on your profile page currently. Usually for profile customizations, once it works, it will keep working and won't just suddenly "not work".

Right now, your profile page albums show as "Private". You can not use any pictures in Private albums as customizations on your profile page. You can either set the album to public, or create a new public or profile album and add new pictures.

Or if you want to start from scratch, you may want to try to go to Customize Profile in your profile page, and then at the bottom, click on the Clear All (to start anew) and then click Save Changes.

New profile page, it works now!!

That was it!!! I don't know when, how or why my albums were set to private:confused:, but when I set them to public and added the link it WORKED!!!! YAY! :D I must have bumper the set to private thing sometime recently and it took my profile pics off. But it is all fixed now! :D
