problems with YT email notification? anyone else not receiving email notifications very quickly or at all tonight from YT? I don't know if it's my provider or YT or what - but in light of yesterday's shutdown of YT, I didn't know if it was a freaky YT thing |

well, it turned out for me that I think it was AOL. I was getting them, but really slow, or it wasn't pulling in new mail. I logged out last night of my email acct & signed back in and the seemed to solve my problem. Sorry to hear that it has been days since you've received any :confused: |
I haven't received any for quite some time now, but I thought it was my new Mac computer. Perhaps there is another problem? |
Some ISPs block emails from yorkietalk.com, you could try to use another email address for your YorkieTalk account if you would like. |

We suggest members don't use comcast.net email addresses, as they have continuously been blocking our emails. We have tried to get this resolved for many months now. Thus we suggest members use another email address if they want email notifications and are currently not getting any. Members can also check their Subscribed Threads (under User CP) or this link: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sub...ewsubscription to see if there are any new posts in the threads they are subscribed to. |

:yelrotflm OK, if I didn't know better, (maybe I don't) I would say someone is playing tricks on me. Just now I got about 10 e-mail notifications from YT. :eek: :D That is too funny. I hope they keep coming!!!:thumbup: |
We have not heard of any problems with Juno email, mainly just problems with Comcast and AOL. We have not changed any settings with our mail server, so we assume the email issue was on Juno's side, as we have not had any reports of any email notification problems today at all. |
I use Road Runner and they stopped- I think it was the last time the sever was upgraded. It's not a problem for me but thought you'd want to know. |
