i am also reading every thing up on it please give me your thoughts as well |
Is MVD Max's only diagnosis? What are his bile acid results? Are his liver values (like ALT) elevated? It really all depends on how bad it is and how well he responds to supplementing. Give him a hug for me please. |
You will definitely get some good advice on here. We will definitely be praying for sweet Max. Good luck! |
they are shure that max does not have a shunt my vet is waiting to hear from the specilest he seen at first when my old vet told me that it could be a shunt they need to make shure that it is mvd if there not 100% shure thell need to sdo a biopsy from all the bile acides he has gotten done they were very high i donre remember the numbers each time they were done they were lower i dont know this time i was not told yet i will know when i get to fianlly pick him up do you know any thing about how bad these symptoms i told u are is he in pain what about his life can he still be happy and will this cause a shorter life |
what does ALT mean is that worse |
I'm praying for your little Max. What is MVD? |
All I know is that those are common symptoms of liver problems. I have no idea how bad it is. An ALT being up can mean liver damage but other values would be up too so it was just a general question. |
