losing voice anyone experience a loss in voice? well not you....your yorkie. Buckeye started getting a little hoarse yesterday and today he is a little worse. I am not sure if it is anything to worry about. I of coarse will call the vet if it doesnt' get any better. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before. |
nope sorry never heard of this before ... good luck though! |
My neighbors dog has been hoarse for about a month now. I'm interested to hear what people have to say. Hope everythings OK. |
Most common reason for a dog to get laryngitis is kennel cough...any chance of that? But I would think they could catch a virus similar to humans too. Just try not to bark too much...drink plenty of water to keep your throat moist and call your vet in the morning...I'm sorry, I don't really know the answer to this...but now I'm curious too... |

He is a barker so keeping him from it will be hard to do. all my dogs like to tell on each other. when on has something that they all know is wrong to have , they all bark to let me know. He is not a chewer or I would have thought something had gotten stuck in his throat to make it sore. It is looking like I am going to have to take him in. |
Has Buckeye got his bark back? Did you have to check with the vet...how is he? Hoping all will be well real soon...let us know what you find out |
How is he doing? |
i know dogs get hoarse when they get laryngeal paralysis. I hope that's not the case here. Hope you got better news at the vet |
