Biggie wont live up to his name... I'm a new mommy to a baby boy (Biggie, 3 months, 1.5 lbs) and I can't get him to eat ANYTHING! I've tryed rice, chicken, wet/dry food, all kinds of treats. I don't know what else to do the vet says that he seems good but I can't help but worry. His blood sugar drops every now and then but I've learned enough tricks to bring him out of it! I've only had him 3 weeks and he never seems to have much energy and he NEVER wants to eat....Please help my little "Biggie" out... |

Do you have Nutrical?? thats very good for him...not only to keep sugar up, but giving him nutrition. Here is a few things you didnt mention that he can eat....Cheerios, yogurt (no artificial sweetners), scrambled eggs with shredded cheese or plain, fruits (no grapes or raisins), veggies (no onion), spaghetti noodles, baby foods, basically most toddler finger foods like chicken stix or dehydrated fruits. Hope this helps and please let us know how Biggie is doing. |
Awww, love his name:love: Try this, it saved my Luna's life!: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58036 I hope he starts eating so he can be a Biggie:) |

This worked for me... Hello, Sorry to hear Biggie is not well. I have had sick babies before too, so I know how you feel. I discovered what to me is the best dog food on the planet! Its called Deli Fresh and they have a turkey and chicken formula. The main ingredient is fresh ground turkey or chicken. It is pasturized so it has to be kept refrigerated. It has lil baby carrots and peas in it too! I have only found it in local type pet stores, but I have heard of some Petsmarts carrying it. It is not a "puppy" formula per say, but you can't get better than fresh food. I would give him just a small spoonful. Micro it for about 6 seconds, add a lil water, mix and serve! Just thought I would offer you info on what has worked for me! Its not expensive either, it comes in 1 or 2 lb size, and the 1 lb size is 5 bucks!! Good luck and please keep us posted on how Biggie is doing!! :animal36 |
