Gemma is home!! 4 Attachment(s) She is home and is just like normal right now!!! I am so happy to have her home and bouncing off the walls!! Her and Truffles are running all over, she has nibbled the scrambled eggs, and is now fighting over a bully stick :happyboun :yay_jump: Still don't have an answer as to why she was vomiting though. I cannot thank my friends here enough for all the support you give. Unless you are a part of this community, you truly cannot understand the love and the bond we have for one another and you (we) are the only ones who understand! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your prayers and for the advice and concern you gave and always give. Here are some pictures as proof she is being a healthy puppy today :D Puppy kisses to all Gemmas friends!! 1) all 3 celebrating the home coming :p 2) Gemma playing in her house 3) Truffles and Gemma playing with the toy on the house (it is a cat bed, still with the tags on it cause I wasn't sure they'd like it-guess they do! 4) and the proof she is eating!!! YEY!!! |
So glad she is home and feeling better. If she was confirmed positive for Giardia, she could have it in both the upper and the lower GI tract - which could account for the vomiting. That is what Sissy had this last time. Let's hope the meds knock it out and no one else gets sick!!! Give Gemma big hugs from us!! |
YAYYYYYYY!!!:bravo: Welcome home, Gemma! Hopefully, it was just a fluke. These little guys seem to have mysterious little bouts of all kinds. Thoughts and prayers continue for you both. |
Glad to hear she is home!!! Even happier to hear she is eating :) Did they give u meds for the giardia? |
Yeah!!!! I'm so glad she is home...I hope she continues to do better each day. |
Thank you guys! yes they are all on Panacur, liquid. I know some of you advised to get a different kind, but this is what was ready and I didnt have the energy to try to state my reasons why I wanted the other one....so hopefully this will work :xfingers: |
Great news. |
So glad to see and hear that your little one is better:) As for the meds, often it takes 2 or more courses to get rid of that nasty giardia. My babies were on both meds before we finally got rid of it. Hang in there! |
Yeah!!! So glad she's home, and I hope she's on the road to recovery :) She had us so scared!!! |
wonderful news, WELCOME LITTLE ONE, :) :) :) |
Thank god!!.... I'm so happy she is doing better:) :) I love the pictures!!! |
she looks great! glad she's home.... |
Welcome home Gemma, hope you're all better now...keep eating so you can fight this bug, be a good little girl, let mom take care of you. She really does look great, spirited. Oh, and it looks like they want to keep it, I think you can take the tags off now... |
