oh I hope they find him soon!!!! This is sooo bad! I'll pray for him! Please God, help them find him!!!!!!!

Rose is devastated. she called me almost before daylight. she hasn't been to bed at all.

She said he is micro chipped....Not sure how they work...can they locate him through that or is it just a way to get owners info???

My stomach is just flip floppin at the thought of what she is going thru....sickens me....

Oh NO!! I pray that is not the case. I tell you, I really don't think I could handle it if something happened to one of mine. I'm praying so hard for her.

it is two oclock here and Rose called and asked me to post this for her. Chaz has not been found and she is at the point of exhaustion so she was going to lie down a couple of hours until the kids come in from school and then they are all going to start all over again. I will try to keep you updated. her vet faxed CHAZ's info to every vet anywhere near us.

They insert a chip, and when a scanner is passed over the dog, it picks up the information (like address, phone number - the same stuff you'd find on an I.D. tag, basically). Scanners are usually only found at vet hospitals and animal shelters. I wish there was one that was a sort of tracking device, like if your pet got lost you could pinpoint it's exact location and find it. :(

Yes, I think someone should invent a sort of GPS system for dogs!!! They cannot be that big they fit into cell phones and come standard in most so why not for our fur babies?????

i just noticed that Rose didn\'t mention in her post but Chaz is her little three pound Canadian Champion. I am so afraidd if he was actually sstolen, someone will register him CKC and use him for stud services. of course, his championship is no good to them but it is too easy here to register dog CKC. we have a big office near us and all you have to do is turn in two poloriads of the dog and have a witness certify in writing that it is a purebred. unless they have recently changed the rules. I just feel so helpless about this and i know you guys do too.
