Welcome to YT!!!!! :) the change in food could definatly be the cause.....next time, try to slowly change his food. for example start mixing it in with his old food and little by little add more and more of the new food. also, i'd love to see pics of your baby whenever you get a chance!!!!! good luck, and let us know what the vet says?? |

Welcome to yorkietalk! I hope that he gets better soon! |

It could be the switching of the food but i know when My Chachi had worms he also had diahrea. Hopefully the meds start working and he is better soon |
i have added a picture of Harvey but i can only see it when i click on my profile. sorry guys!!!! I tried hehe xx |
Welcome to Yorkie Talk. The diarrhea could be caused by new environment, food, or coccidia. Try giving him boiled chicken and rice and make sure he is drinking alot of water. Give him nutrical once a day for low blood sugar. If it is coccidia, he will need to be on medication. So, please get in very soon to your vet. His little tummy is very sensative right now. |
Welcome Hello Welcome - i am sure you will love it here, everyone is soooooooo helpful. Hope your baby is soon well again. I too have a little Harvey (9 months old), and i live in UK. My Harvey is a fussy little eater - he now eats ceaser refined, with a little small bite puppy mixer, but i have found that if you warm it in microwave then add mixer he will eat it no problem at all. He also likes pedigree gravy bones and doggy sausages. Hope he is ok at vets.:aimeeyork |
Hi and welcome to YT!! I agree with everyone else about switching the food. Hope your baby gets better real soon ;) |
