I like the fact that the vet office was pro-active & called her to say they could come & see Ella! It's nice to avoid feeling like you've got to call constantly just to see what's going on. Here's hoping that the visit does all of them a world of good. C.J. |
Oh Aubrey . . . I am so happy that she is getting settled in at the new hospital and happy that her temp is going back to normal. Many many prayers going out for you and that sweet peanut of yours. Please keep us posted. |
Still praying for you. She does seem to be hanging in there. I am so glad you have been able to see her and be with her. I know at any time this could happen to any of us and it is so scary. Hang in there. |
I hope Ella is doing okay. Hugs to you and your bf. I feel bad for you and your bf. You both sound like you need to be comforted by one another, you both are hurting so bad. praying all works out. |
My prayers are with all of you too. That is so sad, and hard when it happens too. I am discusted with the breeder selling the puppy so young and so tiny. Shame on her. She should of been with her birth Mom for at least 2 more weeks. This was an accident and happened for a reason and hopefully the results are going to be very positive for Ella.......... As I PRAY |

I'm sorry, but how does that help to SUPPORT our friend in need here? I think that if you re-read what you posted, you'll see what I mean. It sounds downright mean to say that this happened for a REASON:mad: It's not helpful at this point to be re-hashing the age at which it's proper for a pup to go to their new home. It has nothing to do with what happened, it could just as easily happen to any one of us! |
Praying for your little one. I know how difficult it must be....try to be strong. Dogs pick up on all our emotions and if you pull it together with strength and positivity I know Ella will feel those vibes coming from you and your bf. Good Luck and also saying a prayer for the Dr. who's treating her to give him the wisdom to make sound medical choices for your baby. Godspeed!:) |

In my opinion, the thing that "happened for a reason" was that you found this precious little baby girl and she was meant to be yours to love and care for. She is very lucky to have you. This was an accident that could have happened to any of us. I don't mean to offend anyone, but this is just my opinion. |
My heart is aching for you. I have been off YT most of the weekend and I am so sorry to come back to find this tragic story. I'm so happy that you and your boyfriend are pulling together, you need each other right now and blaming him is not going to change the outcome for her. A few years ago, my husband backed a told cart over one of our yorkies. All the way to the Vet he appologized over and over. I told him I didn't blame him, it was an accident. I felt so bad for him cause he felt so terrible. Our baby survived. I'm praying that yours does too. |
