Should i be worried? I have a quick question before i start to get paranoid - when in dought YT to the rescue. Sometimes when Daisy is sleeping it sounds like (what we call) a whistling boogie ( ;) ) when she exhales. Its like a little whistle when she exhales. Can this happen if she's sleeping in an awkard position?? |

doesn't sound like a bis deal to me, but then again Im not a vet. I would call the vet tommorow just to put your mind at ease. |
to be honest i havent heard it my other half is the one that hears it. he said it doesnt sound like snoring its like her head is not layin right and it's a little whistle. i just get real paranoid so thats why i wanted to get it out here and see what it could possible be  |
My Bichon and my other dog did this. Keep an eye on your pup - this just may be a regular normal thing. I would especially try and note if his breathing is normal when he's running and playing, etc.....which it probably is... and you probably have no problem at all. Especially, if he appears to be his usual self - happy, healthy, and playful. And - of course - note whether or not it worsens - or just stays the same. Carol Jean |
Vivi whistles and snores when she is in a deep sleep. It usually happens when she is really worn out. I was told not to worry about it by my vet. My rule of thumb though is if it is worrying you then ask your vet. |
Jewel does it too! It's so cute! I keep telling myself to record it! I keep not recording it... Bad Bad Mom! :dogzzz: |
