Need Prayers For Me-Me Our little Me-Me who we just adopted has CPA which is a hole in her little heart that showed up as a heart murmur. She had a cardiac ultrasound at 3 months old and it showed her heart was enlarged slightly. Tomorrow is her 8 month birthday and second ultrasound of her heart to see if she is worse and will need heart surgery. I took her for a week while my friend was on vacation and fell in love with her and she never went home. She is so tiny that I keep telling her to grow. There is no cough, which is a good sign. Also she has the trouble on from left-right shnt which is the better side to fix. That's her picture by my name. Me-Me has learned to play fetch and make her toys squeek from our other 5 yorkies. Please keep her in your prayers. |

Lots of prayers are coming your way from Rini and the cuties. I read SmallPawsRescue all the time and they get so many little Bichons with PDA and the Texas vet school does such wonderful things that even the worst of the puppies are helped. Your baby will be in good hands tomorrow,,both God's and your vets. |
I took her because everyone was either afraid to fall in love with her or no money for the operation. I feel that as long as God blesses us with her will be wonderful. It's important that she feels love and has a good fighting chance. My gosh is she spunky too. I'll post the results tomorrow when I finally get home. Thank you for all of your prayers. She needs them all. |

Me-Me is a beauty, she will be in my prayer that all is well. I have a friend that has a 10 month old yorkie that has a stage 1-2 murmur, Roxy is on meds and is doing find. Last month she was spayed and had 15 baby teeth pulled and did great a vet from A&M did the surgery. She is a different dog since she had all those teeth pulled. Roxy is tiny only weighs 2lb 2oz. They might be little, but are so strong willed. |

Her body grew into her heart size and her murmur has gone away so much that she won't need surgery! We have to get another ultrasound at 2 years of age. Thank you for all of your kind words and prayers. THEY WORKED! |
Well, just YIPPEE!!!!!! So glad to hear this news. Now, I am gonna be an old grouch and say "Do not give her treats and hooman food. They can pack weight on and cause her heart to work harder!" Okay, give her smoochies from Rini's cuties.. |
