Poor Joey threw up again today :( |
Why not cut to the chase just go to an internal med specialist? They opt to do a lot of stuff but get to the bottom of things SO much faster. When your vet did blood work did she send a GI Panel out to A&M ? I still believe BATs should be done and shunt ruled out before going really far like scoping which is often what it takes to nail this kind of thing down. But, of course, it is just one pet owner's opinion that could be far off base. |

Gastrointestinal Laboratory - Texas A&M Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences I only suggested BAT's since that is a good thing to rule out in yorkies before pursuing something that will be more intensive and expensive to diagnose. |

So vet called and all those test came back great. She wants to wait and see if he throws up again or not because she thinks it could be GI upset. If she throws up again she wants to do the bigger tests like the BAT and such and possibly x-rays. I don't think it is GI upset and I might call tomorrow and just opt to go ahead and get the tests. I just don't think it could be GI upset for that long. |
