My 12yo Yorkies legs go and head nods when I stir my drink!? I have noticed recently that certain sounds such as stirring my coffee or the crinkle of plastic, can cause my dogs legs to suddenly splay out and her head starts nodding. It happens almost every time The more vigorously I stir my drink, (chink chink chink) The more pronounced the affect is. Sometime it even looks she's ducking from a sudden sound close to the back or inside her head. Its quite bizarre. It's all very quick and sudden and over in a second, she then carries on like nothing has happened. I will be taking her to the vets, but I am interested to know if anyone recognises these symptoms?:animal-pa |
Did you get her to the vets yet? I don't know anything about why this would be happening to her and I sure hope you find out and it is not a real serious problem. Please update on it to let me know what happened after you see the vet and find out something. Hoping for the best. |
I wonder if her ears are bothering her from the sounds. I hope all goes well for your baby. Susan |
Have you taken her to the vet yet? How is she doing? Could it be her ears bothering her or something inside her head as well? Please let us know what is going on. Thank you. |
She may have an ear infection OR it could be that she's loosing her hearing and that can cause sensitivity to certain noises as well. |
