Bleeding lipoma Hi everyone, I am going out of my mind worrying about my precious yorkie!! She has a diagnosed lipoma but it seems to have grown to a point where it is now bleeding. My yorkie is over 11 and I am worried that this may be more serious, help pls! |
Why has it not been removed ? |
We removed one 7 years ago when she was just a puppy and everything came back benign thank God. When this new one showed up (in the exact same spot) the bet said it wasn't unusual for that to happen and no need to put her through surgery unless it started hurting or impeding movement which it hasn't. Two days ago it started bleeding and it's hard to tell if she just scratches it or if it something more serious |
New lipoma Hi, I think it would be a good idea to talk to your vet about this. He or she would be able to give you some good advice as they know more about what is going on and had been going on in the past. They helped you then so I am certain they will have the right answer for you. A phone consult first would be the thing to do and see what they think should be done. Best wishes and I hope it is nothing serious and your baby will be just fine. |
I would deff be taking her to see the vet ASAP. |
