about running pop I haven't asked for any help in a long time. But I thought that I would ask for one now. How do u stop a running pop. We thought she was going to have the normal one but the running pop came back the next day. So does anyone have any ideal to help stop the running pop. We thought it could be the weather way it's gong from warm to cool and now cold again. or maybe something she ate. but we have stop the food what we think it could be. and we tried plan white rice to see if that would help but nothing so far. we might have to give her some more of that today to see if that would help. if u guys think of something that might help pls let me know if u can. and thanks for take the time to read this and help us out. |
If you think it is a new food reaction it should go back to normal after you stop feeding the trigger food. If it continues it could be a sign of an problem and you should have it checked out by a Vet. The chicken and white rice is a bland diet to help them get back to normal. To use white rice to firm up poop my holistic vet gave me this advice. Make a batch of white rice but use at least 4 times the amount of water and let in cook until you get a white thick liquid that will form a jello/paste like substance once it is cooled. This starch paste will help firm up the stools. I add it to Buster food and he eats it right up. Sometimes if he is a little reluctant I sprinkle a treat on top as added incentive. If our Yorkie has had runny poop for a while they might need a little unflavored pedialyte added to their water. Above all else if you think there is an issue consult a Vet. You might want to consider adding a probiotic and perhaps a digestive enzyme to their diet. |

we give her some rice last night. but tonight we did the chicken and rice with little bit of her dry food to see if that would help. but we did find out that my aunt dog is having some running pop too. so we think that it could be in the weather. we will see how things go for the next few days. but she does got to the vet to get her but cleaned out. if things don't change by then we will let them know. |
