5 very sick yorkies please help any advice please ASAP
 
My yard and inside of house was sprayed for fleas.Dogs went outside ate grass,very sick throwing up for 6 1/2 hrs now. Put pedialyte in water. Are my babies going to live.I am praying,but very tired now. Please any feedback ASAP,I am so worried. Thank You,Beth

Did you take them to the ER vet? I would recommend you go ASAP, if not already. Didn't the pesticide company mention the toxicity recommendation for the dogs? I'm really worried for your pups, I hope you went to the vet.

Please update us when you can.

Good Grief GET THESE BABIES TO THE VET!!! If one or any of mine had been throwing up for over 6 hours they would be at the Vet immediately, especially if flea stuff was put in my yard and then they ate grass.

Agree, get to vet ASAP, eating flea pesticide is MORE then DANGERIOUS. Get off computer, get to your vet,

The babies have been posioned......they need to be seen by a vet........and it is inside your home as well as your yard. Usually, depending of coulrse on what chemical is used, it is safe for pets to walk on after the spray dries....I never let mine out on the sprayed area for at least 24-36 hours. Hopefully, your babies are going to survive this and you will consider boarding your dogs say, over the weekend, the next time you spray your yard and home. Treat early on Friday, after the dogs are gone, and go back and get the dogs on Monday evening as late as you can. Praying for your pups.......

I forgot to say, I use only "pet friendly" sprays where the dogs ever walk....."safe for pets to walk on after the solution dries".....front yard is a regular spray treatment as it is off limits..

Hope all your little babies are doing well considering this crisis time for all of you. Poor little darlings. I know you are so upset to have this happen. Will pray for quick recovery.such hard lesson we go through sometimes.

Long ago, I let off a flea bomb in my house and my poodles were so sick. We were at them er vet in the middle of the night. Never Do This!! You have to watch any sprays or poisons with dogs. If they ingest it, they could be going home to heaven.

I would certainly pray that anyone with desperately ill pups, posting at 1:30am to an on line forum, would not hinge the life of the pup on getting an immediate response! Hopefully, she took these babies to an ER vet at that hour, rather than waiting around for day time to get a response. There are hundreds of very knowledgable people on this forum, very well versed in many, many aspects of dogs and dog care.....but please! If you are sitting at your computer at 1am, looking for help for your desperately ill pup, that has already been desperately ill for many hours, GO TO AN ER VET!!! Very likely the only response you will be getting from anyone that reads your 1am plea for help will be instructions to get to a vet!!!!! While there may be vets on this forum, and while the experience level of many or the people that are on this forum, we can not save your sick dog over the computer.....please, GO TO AN ER and get the hands on help you pup needs!

I think this was a "cry wolf" thing.............such a shame to get us all upset about her pups. plead for help "ASAP", and then just disappear......oh well....
