Keeping you and yours in my prayers... |
Just a quick update! I have to get ready for my own appt...iif I don't go my son will flip out on me..hahha! Anyway....Sunny D's renal values were WAY down this morning and he looks SO much better..... He is amazing. There is a plan in place but I just don't have time to write about it now. It is interesting and I think I will start a new thread about him later on today when I have more time. My George was admitted to ICU. He had a very bad night....he went limp .. I thought he was dying. Anyway...they are thinking he has pancreatitis based on the symptoms from yesterday. Why the stuff last night is anyone's guess. They are doing a full workup on him including an ultrasound. Guess he needs his own thread, too. Good grief...I hope the sun shines through that pesky black cloud soon. I really just wanted everyone to know that Sunny D is still with us!!!!!! :) The best Valentine ever. |
Wow, I'm just catching up on YT after being deluged with work. Happy Valentine's Day to you and your pups, Linda, sending lots of good thoughts your way. |
Linda, I hope your appt. if with a doctor, doesn't show anything bad going on! As far as George in ICU, that is terrible! I will be praying that he begins to come around and react to the medicine and his pancreas will recover itself and the inflammation lesson big time over the hours of the day and by night he'll begin to feel better. Poor sweet little baby. And Sunny D, good news. So glad to hear there is improvement! Miracles still can happen for dear Sunny perhaps. As for you, you must be dog-tired and wrung out. Please take care of yourself and pamper yourself if you find one tiny moment and de-stress some. Having even one sick dog and yourself having problems are both hard enough, but you've had a handful of this. I'm a little worried about you. Keep us posted on your medical situation and those sick little babies. Of course, I'm praying God will touch them and you specially today and bring all of you through this. Hugs and Yorkie kisses on Valentine's Day. Just sorry yours is so tough. |

Teddy is doing well...but he still piddles a lot! Dribbles mostly. He also was incontinent on my bed a couple of nights ago. They did say it would happen for a while. I have never noticed it with others that had bladder stone surgery (had two previously) .. so it is a bit alarming to me. Trying not to get too upset about it. |
I know it is hard but please try not to worry. We both know worrying doesn't help one bit, but does hurt you. (I know easier said then done) I hope you are OK as well as the pups! ((hugs)) Marcy |
I hope Teddy Bear is doing better this week. Sending Prayers for his continued improvement. |

I am glad Teddy is doing well! |
Teddy Bear went for his follow up with the specialist today. He has been doing very well, but has had some increased urination and also has been urinating small amounts. A quick ultrasound revealed a blood clot in the bladder as well as a possible suture reaction. They did a urine c&s and will call me with results of that. He is due to go back again in 10 days. Other than this, he is thriving and loves the hepatic diet! :) |
