Question about milo if he's ok or not
 
Hey every1 I just noticed that after I got milo neutered his man area was fine but now I have noticed that one part on his manhood looks like they swell up looking like 2 balls .. It's on his shaft it happens only when he wakes up Bc that's the only time I've seen them ... I just wanna know of he's ok or should I call a vet .. I'm a 1st time yorkie/ dog owner I just wanna make sure my son is healthy and it's nothing to worry about. Thank you :)

Do you mean it swells where he used to have his testicles? Or that it swells on his actual manhood? Try to get a pic of it so that you can show the vet what's happening bc the swelling may not be there when at the vet. If it were me, I'd prob go to the vet bc it does seem like an odd symptom.

Huey does this, too. I thought maybe it was some kind of little hernia. I have not asked the vet because it doesn't seem to bother him any. He is 4 years old and he was fixed at 6 months so he has had this for some time no clue what it is, but I know exactly what you're talking about.

I'd certainly go back to the vet for an inspection. If I recall, Bailey was swollen there for a while. I do believe it's all part of the neutering, but again, I'd get it checked.

Max does that also. Max was fixed about 16 months ago - I noticed it from time to time several months after he was fixed. It usually goes away quickly. It does not hurt him. It is never there long enough to get a photo. Maybe see it once every other month.

Bevo does this too.... I don't want to sound gross, but it only happens A. In the mornings, or B. when I have caught him humping his loofa stuffed dog. It's not testicles..... It's just a *oner! :)

Heehee, that sounds about right. Huey does the same; mornings or after"visiting with" his special racoon...:D

That's normal (midway on the penis). It's the part that swells up and locks the dogs together during breeding (called a 'tie').

I am so glad I got a girl baby. I didn't want to have to deal withe the "manhood", and the potential of marking.

Thanks for getting me in trouble at work :D Lesson learned for me - don't check YT email when you are in a meeting with the boss. I started laughing and then was asked what I thought was so funny - no way I was going to admit to laughing about boy doggies and their "stuff"
