What could be wrong with Dashe? My first time to ever post to any type of forum...but I'm worried about my little man. Dashe is an otherwise spunky, healthy and energetic 7 year old male Yorkie. For the last few days he has not been himself at all. Very lethargic, shakes, won't walk up or down the stairs, won't drink anything, eats just a little bit, still going potty fine, still gets excited when you ask if he wants his "bone" but looks so so sad. I called the vet yesterday and they told me to get him to drink Pedialite so he doesn't get dehydrated and he takes that fine...thru a dropper. We are taking him to the vet tomorrow but I feel so helpless tonight...and no more googling on line...it's scaring me to pieces. Any one else ever have this happen and what might it be...? |
I never experienced this. I am sending you good vibes and best of wishes for your little Dashe. |
If he is shaking he could be in pain. I think I would take him in now. Praying for Dash. |
I agree, the shaking is from pain. Since he will not go up the stairs I am guessing either a leg, neck or spine injury. I'll be Praying for a speedy & full recovery. |
Aw, poor baby:( I hope that the vet can figure out what's wrong quickly and get Dashe all fixed up. Sending prayers:hands: |
Please keep us updated on what is happening with your baby boy.....Hope he gets on the road to recovery after his vet visit today.... |
It definitely sounds like he's in pain... Please update us when you get home from the vet. Hopefully you will get some answers there. |
Checking in for an update... hope Dashe is doing well.... |
