That's actually great if he tries to use that leg! My Adina was using hers on day one...I have had others take a bit longer. Bottom line, he will not injure himself if he uses it. I am happy to hear that he is doing well. |

Day 3 post-surgery - The Nut is resting a lot, he was pretty active yesterday, I think that wiped him out. He's putting a bit of weight on the affected leg here and there and actually walked on all fours for a brief moment today. Eating pretty well, all "functions" are normal and the fentanyl patch comes off this afternoon. We're hoping the pain level after that will be manageable with the tramadol he's also on. Just thought I'd post an update and thanks to all again for helping me get through this with some sanity left. :) |
