Sophia vomited Poor Sophia threw up :(. Her and Brody were running around playing and she stopped and just threw up. She hasn't had any new kind of treat or anything. As usual, I gave the vet a call. They said I can bring her right in if she throws up again. I hate it when either of my babies are sick. :( Please keep Sophia in your thoughts. Right now I'm babying her and giving her some much needed TLC ( & a good teeth brushing;)) |
I hate when mine are sick too. Hopefully it was a one time thing and she will be fine. DH swears Rosie will vomit for attention. Haha A little babying never hurt anyone. Hope she is better soon! |
2 Attachment(s) I brought my pillow in the living room for her & I tucked her in. She looks so sad :( |
Poor Sophia, she does look sad:( I hope it is just a one time occurance. Jada has thrown up in the past when she ate her food too fast. Hopefully it is something like that. How is she doing now? |
Poor girl... Has she thrown up again? How is she acting? Hopefully it was a one time thing and she will be back to herself. |

She's still looking sad. She hasn't moved at all & usually she's a pretty restless sleeper. Brody even sat on her face  and she didn't even fight it. Obviously I moved him, but it made me sad because usually she'd give him a piece of her mind! |
Oh no...I hope she feels better soon. Hopefully it's just a tummy ache. Maybe all the running around just jiggled her tummy too much. |
Poor baby, sending hugs and positive thoughts for Sophia. Praying it was just a one time thing and she will be back to herself quickly. |
Poor baby girl! I hope she feels better quickly. Maybe it was the heat? Has she been drinking any water? My Izzy will throw up if she runs around too much outside in the heat, and I'm talking like 5 minutes. She doesn't go out much unless I take her in the pool (which she hates:rolleyes: ) Sending get well wishes to Sophia:love: |
Poor Sophia!!! I hope she feels better soon! Keep us updated! |
Sometimes dogs just throw up... probably from excitement since she was playing, or maybe the heat. I wouldn't be too worried, but I know how much it sucks when our pups are sick. She probably thinks something is wrong now that since you started coddling her, LOL... Jackson is really quick to do that. If he barely gets hurt, or something, and I make a big stink about it, he sulks and acts like a big baby ;) If I just act like everything is normal, he's fine! |

You know what, I bet you're right:D!!! My skin kids were the same way when they were little. If they fell, you had to hold in that sharp intake of breath, or they'd start bawling:laugh: But if you asked if they broke the sidewalk and laughed, then they'd laugh too:p And our Yorkies are just like toddlers in some ways;) |
1 Attachment(s) Thank you all for the kind comments. I'm starting to get worried, she's just being so... sad. Her daddy will be home soon and she is always SO excited to see him. So, I'll see what he thinks when he gets home. If he's worried too, off to the vet we'll go. I attached another picture of my poor baby. |
