They didn't want to give a firm diagnosis, they were closing early because of inclement weather (there are tornadoes in Texas right now) and didn't feel it was an absolute emergency, however they did tell me I can go to the vet school at A&M if anything happens. Which I will if need be! She seems to be doing okay. Sleepy and nervous because of the weather, I think, but hasn't made that creepy noise since we left the vet. Poor baby girl.

And thank you all for the prayers and positive vibes. Her name is Luma though, not Luna :) But I'm not offended or anything! People often think I'm typo'ing my own dog's name..:rolleyes: Easy mistake though.

Oh, and forgot to say and can't seem to hit the edit button (on my droid phone) she DID get the kennel cough vaccine last week and looks like she ended up catching a little case of it.

I was thinking that may be the issue......I HATE that live vaccine they drop into their little noses....I have had too many of mine get kennel cough from it....I do not let them do that to mine any more.

I am just seeing this I hope Luma is feeling better. I know we all can totally relate to how you felt and I am sorry:( Please keep us posted. Prayers for you and Luma.

Luma is great today. Our fire alarm woke us up this morning and we had to stand outside for hours while the fire dept. came and investigated...One of my roommates had an electrical fire in their room. Really freaked poor Luma out and it smells awful inside, so we\'re at the vet again to follow up. She got antibiotics, although she seems to be okay, we want to make sure she gets over this completely before we bring her to a groomer or out to the park again. Thanks for the good thoughts, everyone!
