Thank you, Linda, for your kind words. Cowboy was loved by our entire family. From the day I brought him home, I knew he was where he belonged. It is still too painful to write about, but I wanted to thank everyone for their thoughtfulness and thank you once again, Linda, for giving us the chance to love him. Cowboy had a way of touching the lives of all who came in contact with him. We were the lucky ones.

Bless you for taking care of such a sweet boy with such a devastating illness. I know he was loved and well taken care of by you and your family. He enjoyed himself and you gave Cowboy a wonderful life right up until the end. My deepest condolences to you and your family on the loss of this tiny angel with the adorable face.

I am just seeing this and I am so very sorry. I cannot imagine having a foster and loving him unconditionally knowing that his time could be limited.

Thank you to both of you for giving him such a happy life. Hugs and deep sympathy....

Oh Linda, I am crushed as I know you are. The poor little guy never had a chance. Prayers for all who loved and lost him.

Yes, it is tragic. I got up this morning with him on my mind. The only consolation we have is that he was SO loved by Valerie and her family. Even her little female yorkie who does not like other pups was nice to him. :)

On another note: I had taken him to visit a friend's mother who was in the hospital back in October...smuggled him in :) ... it really brightened her day. She passed away two weeks later...I hope they are together now.

In Cowboy's short life he touched a lot of hearts. He is at peace now...while we wish he had had a longer life...I take comfort in knowing his life was full of love.

I'm so sorry.

Cowboy sounds like he was a very special little boy. Thank you, thank you for giving him so much love and happiness in his short life.

Lolasmom and Ladyjane and all who loved this sweet lil guy... so sorry for this huge loss, lil Cowboy is living the life he deserves right now, remember that always...:cry::cry:

aaaww this is so sad. i am so very sorry to hear of sweet little cowboy's passing. i too am so happy that he was loved so much and had a great life even though it was way too short. thank you ladyjane and lolasmom for doing everything possible for this little baby and always giving him your very best. you will be in my thoughts and prayers through this difficult time. rip handsome little cowboy
