Help Please My yorkie "Chilly" may have a "Collasping Trachea"...? He always has a little "out of breath sound" even when younger. But the other morning (2days ago) he had it so bad The Vet had to put him on oxygen and tranq's tocalm him. Does anyone have any advice for this, they say it's common in yorkies. It's breaking my heart, I feel I have to make sure he's breathing every second... |
What instructions did the vet give you? Any special instruction as far as ongoing care goes? One thing I know about CT is it is prone in yorkies, but can be avoided for the most part by not walking a dog by the collar. Instead, a leash should be attached to a harness. |
