If you are not playing games and this is truly happening to your dog, then you are putting your dog's life at risk. That is not very nice, either. "So when I do, it is very important." If you believed that, then you would find an adult to get her to a vet. We can't fix things over the internet, no matter how "important" they are. Only a vet can help you. You've been given the advice, over and over and over, and continue to scoff at it. I hope that you really don't have a dog and you are making all of this up. |
OK I have had it, i do have a yorkie and guess what i just wanted to know what to do. And I showed this to my mom she said that it Sunday and at sundays you can barely even find an open vet or maybe u should read the details more. Because in my country they dont really care about these things. So it is hard. |

As I and others have said, you should take your baby girl to the vet! If the vet is closed, go to an emergency vet. If you are 12 then get your mom or another adult to take the dog to the vet, either way someone needs to follow up on this. |
wateve she doing good now thnx for the advise oh ya how do u delete a post? |

That much vomiting is NOT NORMAL. Maybe one isolated episode wouldn't be such a big worry, but that much vomiting combined with shaking makes me think of dehydration and low blood sugar. If my girl puked that much, we would be on our way to a vet. If they were closed in my area, we would be finding an emergency vet or going farther to find one that was open. Period. Either take the advice or leave it. You were told what our opinions were. It is your decision what to do with that information. |
oh ya i will use the advise |

I looked at her profile and there is a video there but it doesn't work for some reason, so I found it at Youtube and posted it here. She really does have a Yorkie and looking at some of the videos she has, she really is 12 years old. I don't know what veterinary care is like in Czechoslavikia, obviously not as good as the USA, so she may have had problems finding an emergency vet. I hope she comes back and updates us on Sisley. |

Anytime a Yorkie has thrown up more than once or twice and is shaking, it needs to see a vet. Even if I thought the dog was stable now, I couldn't begin to tell you what you should do for it. The diagnosis will dictate how this is treated. One disease in particular that can cause these symptoms requires nothing by mouth for about 24 hours. It could make it worse. Also with vomiting, a concern is an intestinal blockage. It's obvious that you will be waiting until morning to get your dog vet care, so all you can do until then is make sure gums are pink and wet, capillary refill time is normal, and heart/resp. rate are normal. |
Diet Quote:
Protein percentages, essential nutrients (vitamins and minerals), all need to be carefully weighed out. Pasta should not be a significant portion of your dog's diet. Meat can be very dangerous if it is the wrong variety, particularly if it is fatty or prepared with salt and spices, or if it is cooked incorrectly. |

Oh, BTW, for future reference: Ask your neighbors or other pet owners for recommendations or check the Expats Veterinarian section. In Prague 6, Veterinární ordinace Hvězda (Čílova 9, 235 350 848) has seen some happy pups and in Prague 4, Dr. Miloš Pánek (Podolské nábř. 20, 602 538 338) runs a highly recommended clinic – and it’s non-stop. Also in Prague 4, is an animal hospital that has regular office hours plus 24-hour emergency care. Veterinární nemocnice Libuš (www.vetnemocnice.cz) has an intensive care unit, after surgery treatment center, the ability to conduct a range of diagnostic tests, plus a shop to buy shampoo, food, vitamins, etc. |

It was just your post with "Busted" that perplexed me. I didn't bust her by posting the video. Was just that someone was wondering if there really was a puppy and I saw she had a video in her profile but it wasn't working. So found it on Youtube. Her mother or father should have been looking for a vet for the little one. It is a lot to put on a 12 year olds shoulders. I wish she would come back and update us on the little one. |
It is against YT rules for a 12yo to have an account unless the parents have cleared it with Admin. Since the parents aren't posting, I wonder if this thread is even allowed. |

It is not a proper thing to come onto a YT site and get a lot of people who CARE what happens to YOUR dog upset. No one was rude to you, they were just pointing out FACTS!!!!! Don't ask for help if you can not at the very least courageously listen to the advice and not make excuses. I would take the pup to the vet... at the very least talk to your parents and make a plan. |
Just want to reassure everyone we are checking into how to best help/support this member. We are aware she is 13 years old (not 12). Thank you for everyone's valid concern :). |

If you feed her that kind of food it can cause pancreatitis. It's a very scary and expensive "disease" to manage. Quote:

Did she eat one of those pine-cones??? *sigh* Is she better now? |

Oh and you really should take her to a vet I'm not a professional but i think eating pine cones is bad for a Yorkie not only it might me poisonous it might also do something to your puppy if she threw up. Care for here please I really didn't convice yur mom to get you a dog just to se it die !!! |
