My Baby Daisy seems to not be feeling well :( Hi guys. My 4.5 month old YT Daisy. Has been really sleepy the past 2 days and hasn't been eating much. she went for a walk with me fine earlier and when we got home she drank some water and just turning up nose to her food. I called the vet and she has an appointment for later on today but do you think it is something serious or her just being stubborn?:( |
It definitely sounds like she isn't feeling well, but she's young and probably just a little under the weather. Is she vaccinated and spayed? |
thanks ellie for your reply. daisy has been vaccinated, but she hasn't been spayed yet. she is still a bit young, like today she has been sleeping most of the day :( |
Ohh, sorry about that. I misreaad. Thought you said 4.5 years... She's young and vaccinated. Very, very likely ok. Just see the vet to be safe. :) |
yeah we have an appointment tonight at 7:30 thats the earliest we could get in. but i'm just concerned and i am praying that it is nothing serious. |
Hopefully she is just under the weather and the vet will be able to help her feel better and ease your mind. Let us know how it goes. I will keep her in my prayers. |
Hi guys, so i just got home a little bit ago and daisy is fine she said that if she goes on one of her hunger strikes to give her a little bit of nutracal on her mouth just to make sure she her suger doesn't get to low. |
Hope Daisy is feeling better!! |
Thank you!! i think she is just being stubborn...it was defianlty a peace of mind knowing that she isn't sick!! |
Glad it was nothing serious. |
I pray that Daisy will have a complete recovery soon. |
Thanks guys, i appreciate all your concerns!!! |
Hope she gets to feeling better soon :) |
Maybe she is a little bored with her food. Have you tried mixing some "enticements" with her food? You can put a little diced chicken breast on it, or a little parmesan cheese which makes it more desirable. |
