This new little momma desperately needs our prayers
 
This poor little girl has been through so much and just can't catch a break. Now she's fighting for her life and needs all the prayers she can get.

Sending prayers.....she has done a wonderful job trying to take care of mom and puppies. Hopefully the mother will improve today, and she can relax and concentrate on the pups.

She really has. I've been so impressed with her decisions and her dedication to these little ones. Even more so when you consider that she had the pregnant momma handed off to her so unexpectedly.

I agree...she has done everything humanly possible to have a good outcome for both Mom and puppies...I guess its in gods hands now. She took the Mom, did all the right things and never looked back..I am so hoping this all turns out well. Praying...

I read this with tears of joy. I just can not believe all the support and prayers that I have received from YT. This has been the hardest situation that I can recall having to go through. When I fostered a little of Pit Bull puppies that had parvo was a piece of cake compared to this.

On a happier note....Mom is doing fine so far. No signs of danger right now and we are on hour 9 of 48 post-op which is considered High Risk. 3 more hours till we hit 12 hour post-op. Just taking it minute by minute now but so far so good.

Thank you again for everything!!! We could not have made it this far without all of your help!!! My love goes out to everyone!!!!

Update:

Momma is with the babies. She has diapered them, cleaned them and they are all snuggled around her. She even ate some food on her own!!!! GOD has heard all the prayers!!!!!!

That is the sweetest picture. I bet she loved being able to crawl in and cuddle with her babies. I can't wait to see more pics of her - she has such beautiful dark coloring.

She is a beautiful little girl. Very sweet and loving. She stayed with babies most of the night except for when she needed love from me then she would come snuggle till babies cried. She is doing great still. Almost out of the clear. 24 more hours till our next hurdle is complete. Vet did up the dosage of her antibiotic to stay ahead of any infection that she might be trying to get. So far no signs of problems. Temp is normal, she is eating, drinking and had a bm this morning that is normal. If we can stay going on the uphill side I will be relieved.

Sara, I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful job you are doing with her, and send positive thoughts for continued healing. The picture is precious and she is so very very lucky to have you in her life.
