i need help  my nanas dog has got a weird lump on her eye and its growing bigger and bigger was going to chat to an onlie vet but they all seeem like you have to pay if your yorkie has had this please please can u give some advice  |
I would go to the vet. It could even be cancer. |
Is the lump on the eyeball or the eyelid? Either way, please take this dog to see a vet in an office as soon as possible. If it is on the eye, the dog could lose the eye. If it is on the skin, it could be a benign growth, or a small tumor. The sooner the dog is examined and treated, the better. Good luck. |
Why on earth would you chat online with a vet? Take the dog in. The list of possible causes is long, but nearly all require treatment. |
Chatting online with a vet won't accomplish anything. She needs to be seen by a vet, preferably an ophthalmologist. |
I agree with other members who have given you advice here. The dog really does need to see a vet. This lump could be a number of different thing, some serious. A vet will need to actually see the lump in order to diagnose. Good luck and please keep us updated! |
This poor dog needs to been seen by a vet ASAP. Please don't waste your time trying to diagnose with a chat. |
I agree with the others. If it were my dog, I'd skip my general vet and go right to an ophthalmologist as ladymom suggested. If there is none in your area, then by all means, you must see a vet. I would not rely on anything online at all as this could be a million things and only a licensed veterinarian is qualified to examine your dog and diagnose this condition. Please do not continue to wait, otherwise things may get worse and your baby may suffer. |
