Biscuit swallowed my child's tooth!! I don't know if I should be concerned. But my 4 month old girl/puppy just swallowed my 10 year-old's tooth. My child's molar is been hanging by a threat for the last few days and he was eating a snack when all of the sudden he went "AHHH my tooth" and down it went. I saw the whole thing kind of like in slow motion! Anyway, she snatched the darn thing really fast and by the time I got her the tooth was gone! Biscuit is always circulating around my children when they are eating, for abvious reasons! Oh My DOG!! Should I worry? |
I think it will be okay You can just give a quick call to your vet to put your mind at ease. By the way, I'm in NoVa too! |
Ut Oh....I hope everything will be okay, I don't have an answer just wanted to send good vibes your way! |
That's just to funny :D. Sorry, it sounds like something my dogs would do. Call the vet just to make sure, but it should resurface in a little while!! |
Now that's what I call a tooth keepsake.:D |
they swallow there own teeth when they loose them so....but check with the vet as always, good luck |
I'm not a vet, but IMHO she'll be fine. As other's have said, call the vet and I would keep checking for the tooth. Fortunately Yorkies are small, as are their eliminations. :D |
I hope its going to be fine with your baby. On another note I sure wou1dn't want to be that tooth fairy!!;) |
I think your baby will be okay. Will your son be putting that tooth under his pillow? :D |
What comes in must come out and sure enough, I found the tooth the next day after she did her "business." My child was very upset about the tooth but I told him to write a letter to the tooth fairy explaining what had happen and to put it under his pillow. Of course, the tooth fairy was very understanding!! Do things get better when yorkie's grow up? She is constantly bitting and eating things from the floor!!! |
Boy, I sure hope so. Reesie is 7 months, and I think he is worse than ever about putting things in his mouth!! He is not even teething anymore!!! (I don't think so anyway.) |
Glad everything came out ok, it usually does. Now that we are laughing, PLEASE post this on our old favorite hilarious "weird poop" thread. If you haven't read it, you'll see they can pass all kinds of things and it is always good for a laugh. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/gen...er-pooped.html |
