call er vet and talk to them and tell them what is going on until you can get him there

here are some signs to watch for with internal bleeding :( and it says they seem fine at first :( i hope you can get him to vet to be checked out

Symptoms of Internal Bleeding

Trauma
Accidents are the most common among all causes of internal bleeding in dogs. Often, the impact of an accident is so severe that the dog dies on the spot, due to heavy bleeding. However, sometimes, there may be slow internal bleeding which allows time to seek medical help. Most often, it's the liver and spleen which get traumatized due to accident. You should regularly check your dog for any symptom of internal bleeding, even after the treatment of trauma is successfully completed.

I would call the er vet and see if they have transportation for your little one. It possible that they are able to arrange a ride to the vet hospital for you...although it may be expense.it will be worth every penny. My prayers are with you:animal-pa

Call your local pd or sheriff's office, since you may be out of city limits. Ask them for the number for 24hr animal control. The same number they would call if they had a nighttime emergency with a rabid or injured dog, call and get the name/number/address of the emergency vet they use. The sheriff's office may be able to provide the emergency vet number directly. Every law enforcement agency has a number to contact at night for animal emergencies such as car accidents when everyone in the car is hurt and the family pet is also injured and needs immediate attention. Always when all else fails, call the cops, they should have any numbers you need...good luck... also, they may be able to provide a name/number of a local shelter volunteer that may help you with transportation. If not the pd, the nighttime shelter staff may know a person.

Hopefully they are at the vet since she hasn't posted since 8:21pm. Poor baby..I have my fingers crossed!
