Not sure what is wrong..?
 
I recently went out of town for an interview and had to leave Mandie with my sister and dad at home. I was gone for 2 days and while I was gone she would not eat and moped around the house and also kept them both up each night with diarreha. (Usually she never gets me up at night). When I got home around 5 tonight, I have already taken her out over 6 times and she has gone poop each time. Is this something I should be worried about or is it just the stress of me leaving her for a few days?

Did they feed her anything unusual while you were gone?

If she's been sick for a few days you need to take her to the vet. Even a simple bout of diarrhea can become serious pretty quickly because she will dehydrate. Dehydration causes an electrolyte imbalance which can be very dangerous.

Nothing different than usual that they can think of. They tried to feed her, her dry dog food. She wouldnt eat it. Then they tried her wet canned food.Still nothing. They even tried a piece of grilled chicken and she wouldn't even eat that.

I talked to her over the phone and told her to eat and she maybe at two bites but that was it.

I would definitely take her to the vet. It's my experience that taking care of things early on can save you big vet bills in the long run. You don't want her to dehydrate and need to be hospitalized with an IV. I've had that happen several times from something seemingly minor.

sounds like stress colitis as mine have had that when dh was gone for 2 weeks my maltese had bloody poop both can be attributed to stress colitis just make sure she is drinking water as diahrea is more dehydrating than vomitting

this happens every time my parents leave their silky does not eat and he is fine - he is 12lbs how big is your yorkie ? if bigger i would not worry about it as they can go without food for 5-7 days no prob it is water that is important

if you pinch the back of her neck and the skin bounces right back she is not dehydrated if it sticks together and stays she is dehydrated - check her gums if sticky and whitish then dehydrated. She is probably fine if you want to give electrolytes then give a litter unflavored pedialyte in her water - was she drinking while you were gone just not eating?

what does stool look like is it yellow jelly type diarhea ?
