Vommiting? Not sure what to do the first time this happened I almost DIED!...but after a few moments he was fine and back to himself. He throws up his food so I figured maybe he's eating too much? or maybe he picked up something from outside? Guess I should take him to the vet because this has happen twice this morning and I'm a little worried something might be REALLY wrong with him :( |
Bailey does this when he eats too fast, when I see him Inhaling his food I go pick it up , and make him digest and put it down later. When he does vomit its right after he eats,, and the food isn't digested at all. First I thought he was Binging and Purging,,,, |
I just came back from the vet, unfortunately I have to leave Denim there until 3pm. The vet won't be in until 12 and I will not be home then. He began salvating and the 'vet nurse' says it may be kennel cough :shocked7q and theyy he may have gotten it from another dog, he didn't have a fever and he was coughing as well. there's also the possibility that he ate something he was not suppose to. so they will be taking xrays of him :( . hope he get's well soon. pray for him:littleang |

Glad your puppy is feeling better! I would suggest making sure he doesn't get any human food. Some dogs have very sensitive stomachs, and eating something we eat causes them to throw up some. Also, (and this is a bit embarassing), Bender had a problem like that due to hair. Not his hair, mine. I had long hair (thick and curly) and I used to shed worse than any dog :p Well, we had hardwood floors and Bender would go around eating my strands of hair, and after awhile he would get this huge hairball worked up in his throat, and when he ate it bothered his throat and he'd gak up the food and some hair. I'd imagine you would have seen some hair in the throw up if that had anything to do with it, but just a heads up to anyone with long hair with a yorkie. I now have only shoulder length hair and carpet, Bender seems a lot less hairball prone :animal36 |
I'm so glad your little one is better, whew, vomiting can really scare you  Please keep us updated!!!! :wavey: |
