anetka21 | 11-03-2009 12:31 PM | Could my puppy be sick??? Hi Everyone,
I have two yorkie girls, Maya and Lily, that are 11 1/2 weeks old. I went to the vet last thursday and they had kennel cough drops done as well as ear cleaning, and they received an antybiotic because they have ear mites. I can't remember the name of the antibiotic but it started with icy.. something (I think). Anyways, Maya is doing great. But I'm concearned about Lily. Since Friday she vomites once a day usually at night between 4-6am. I'm so sorry for being gross... The vomit is a little bit of watery sustance and it has yellowish color. It has some bubbles look a like on it but very little. She eats regularly, no diarrhea, has lots of energy. I called the vet to find out if this could be a reason of any antybiotic or dewormer side effects but they said no. Before I got those two girls, I had a 4 year old yorkie girl that was hit by a car. She had the same thing. Out of no where she would vomit that yellowish water substance for few days and then it would not come back for a while... Could this be dehydration or from food ??? I feed them Royal Canin Has anyone had simular symptoms??? Please help, I'm going nuts here... Thanks.. |
