This sounds like a classic head injury from her fall. If you don't get her to the vet ASAP and allow them to diagnos and treat her chances are she may well die. She could have brain swelling or a bleed in the brain which require immediate attention. Vet bills unfortunately are part of the cost and responsibility of owning a pet. If you can't afford the entire cost most vets will work out a payment schedule for you. Either way the dog needs care NOW, please take her to a vet ASAP. |
How is Mimi today? I hope that she is getting better!!! |

Not Garrett but Bengie that had the overdose, and the reason that I knew without testing is my DD left the bottle of ibuprofen out and it was opened and half empty on the living room floor when I got home from work. Then Bengie started vomiting blood while I was on the telephone with the vet, my daughter told me it was an almost full bottle of 100 tablets, 250 mg each. We figured he got between 20 and 30 pills. He was in the hospital for three days. After that I got the insurance, for all three pets (two yorkies and a cat) it costs me $65 a month. The peace of mind is worth it. I really hope that your little Mimi is doing better. |
