leg sprain/strain/break? Ellington woke up this morning and was really slow-moving, and he won't even jump up on the couch now. He's only 1 year old, so I know it's not arthritis or anything.... He's usually very active, and his little brother wants to play (which he usually is quick to take part in), but he just wants to sleep. He's very wobbly on his hind legs, but didn't mind when my hubby massaged them. Should I take him to the vet or wait a day? Help!! :( |
I just called the vet today, since Fiona has been limping on her right hind leg since Saturday. She is still jumping off and up on the bed, still running outside, still eating and drinking. The vet told me to get baby aspirin 81 mg and give her a 1/2 tablet and see how she does. She is not in any pain when i touch it, so I think she may have pulled a muscle. Does your baby have anything in his paw pads? or anything!? I would call the vet, just in case...you dont want it to turn out to something big! I feel much better now that I called my vet!!!!! |
If he's acting sleepy and wobbly, it come be something serious. Please take him in to the vet as soon as possible. |
