(UPDATE) TJ is home from his Lumpetamie Surgery 2 Attachment(s) TJ came home last night. Both he and I were so tired we fell asleep on the couch. He was restless at first, as his paws hurt and couldn't get comfortable, so I cradled him like a baby, so he didn't have to put pressure on his paw, he was out like a light within minutes of his new position.... The Dr. said the biopsy results will be in within 4 to 5 days. He's being positive, and doesn't think it is a mass cell tumor at this point, but we still have to wait to find out! He has stitches that need to come out in 10-14 days. He is on Baytril again.... Here is a picture of TJ, he is all tucked in watching out the window, his favorite spot! And Roxy is next to him, protecting him :D THANKS FOR ALL YOUR WELL WISHES :) |
What sweet pics. :) I bet you're relieved that that is over. |
TJ Hello TLC. So pleased to hear TJ is home again and getting all the love and attention he needs to get well. We pray the biopsy comes out well, but if the Vet is positive, then he should know and it probably will be OK. The pics of TJ's sad face so reminds us of dear Nikki (whom you may remember was TJ's double!) when she was so ill. These Yorkies sure do know how to look miserable when they are sick. Our thoughts are with you, and go TJ! |
Glad he is home & resting peacefully. Praying for good news from the results |

TJ Hi again TLC: Not only can Yorkies put on a very sad face but they can be stubborn too. LOL. It sounds like TJ is well on the mend and will, I am sure, be running around, eating and drinking and causing mischief very soon. It is amazing how well animals recover. I see you are from LI. I used to live there many moons ago in Northport. Get well soon TJ. |
Im glad he is home and Im praying for good results |

Hoping for good news! He looks so hugable. |
I just want to hold his adorable little butt. They are so sweet when they are sick. Crossing my fingers for good news about the path. report. |
Blessings to you and your baby. Glad he is home and what a snuggly picture. |
I am thinking only positive thoughts...all is well...and all will stay that way. I am relieved, for you, that the procedure is now over...let the healing begin!!! Get well quick TJ...Winston sends his love too!!! |
Aw Nicole :(. And AW TJ! He has him lampshade on, poor punkin'. Still, he looks so dang cute, he can't even help it :). Did they give him anything for pain? I am keeping him in my thoughts, my friend. |
