Belly Rash with blisters I am so upset. Romeo has been going to my Mom's while I work. She has a male yorkie and it causes Romeo to mark. She insists that he wears a belly band. We went to the vet today for a shot and she pointed out that he has a rash with blisters on his belly. I didn't even know it was there. She changes him frequently. Has anyone had this problem? |
My male Bichon used to wear belly bands almost all the time. I kept his tummy area dusted with Gold Bond Medicated Powder and he never had a problem. You might use serenity pads in his belly band. They really absorb moisture and stay pretty dry. |

He must not be changed enough if he has a rash and blisters unless he has an allergy to the pads you are using. I have worn belly band on my 3 males for years. One is completely incontinent and have never had this happen. I never wear a pad more than 4 hours unless it is still dry when I check. |
