I am getting concerned that Suzi has not had A bowel moment for A day . She got into yogurt with granola on Sunday night, since then there has been No poo.
Last night she has been having gas too . It is stinky . :eek: She is acting fine though, and running around with no problems. She has not Vomited and ate well last night.
She has never been like this before. I am wondering if she really did get into a small amount of tin foil that covered the Yogurt cup? I do nnot know why she can't poo. :confused:

well its a good sign that she's passing gas and not vomitting...if she had a bowel obstruction...she'd definitely be vomitting especially since she's continuing to eat. Keep a close eye on her just to be safe.

Sounds like she is a little bit constipated. If she doesnt poop today I would give her a little canned pumpkin

She may be very well constipated, Suzi still has not had A bowel moment, but acting like herself. I really need her to poo. :eek:

Oh gosh, I've been awaiting the poo report - this is not what I was hoping to hear. Well, at this point - I'd probably give 1/2-1 tsp. of mineral oil, wait an hour, give 1/2 tsp. more - wait an hour; give 1/2 tsp. more - she really should go by then.

Yes, she has been eating, drinking ok. That is why I think she has to be so uncomfortable ..... Is mineral oil hard to give to them? I think she would refuse it? :eek:

Suzi Pooped :congrats: It looks like something that came out of A Great Dane then A 7 LB yorkie though.... she must be feeling soooo much better !Thank you for all the suggestions !

The odd thing about it is that a few hours later she did dry heave very hard, and vomited :( It was a tiny bit of Yellow foam. She did this twice . I am now thinking that her tummy is not well :cry:

Did the yogurt have artificial sweetener (light or Lo-cal)? If so, that can make them VERY ill:(

It was reg. Yogurt... Thankfully . I knew that Sugarless gum is very bad if a dog gets a hold of it, but, would not have applied that to Yogurt. thank you for the information.
Suzi is doing well. She pooped again last night, and this morning. Thankfully she is ok ! :aimeeyork
