please YT i need help bella is acting soo weird. back in march she got into something, we think a flower that was toxic. she was admitted to the er and turned out fine. then today all of a sudden she is acting the same way she did back in march. all wobbly, wont eat wont drink and very lethargic. she wont even eat nutrical which is her absolute favorite! she is jus laying on me w her little mouth just a little open and her tounge resting... |
oh i forgot...the most weird part is i took her out twice and she wouldnt go the bathroom....then all of a sudden she is laying on me and peed on me. she didnt even budge. just peed and kept laying there!!! |
There;s definitely something wrong, you need to take her in to the vet! She wouldn't just pee on you, maybe thats her way of telling you "mommy I'm not doing so well!!" Please keep us updated!! |
I would get her straight to the vet, so he can see the symptoms. good luck. |
Oh my,I have no advice other then I'd be getting her ot the vet.. i hope she is okay |
Hopefully you've already gotten rid of the plant / flower that caused her these problems the first time.... but if the symptoms are the very same, it's likely that the cause is the same as well....... or at least similar. I wouldn't waste a single moment sitting here waiting for a miriad of replies.... off to the vet with you!! I doubt anyone will tell you any different... Please let us know how she's doing... lots of prayers comin' your way! |
I hope she is doing ok and you got her in to the vet. |
Please take her to your vet asap. I'm afraid she may have gotten into something toxic again. |
Could she have gotten into something toxic? How old is she? The issues with urination, lethargy, not wanting food are definitely symptoms that warrant a vet visit. Prayers for her! |
update i held bella non stop since i posted on here. i fed her water through a syringe and some sweet potatoe baby food, every half hour switching between the food and water. it wasnt anywhere near as bad as the last time, and i was fully prepared to take her to the vet as soon as it worsened. gladly it did not. she has only gotten better and better. granted it has been many hours to get whatever she had in her system out, she is much peppier, even walking barking and wanting to play. i am keeping her calm so she can rest, and i have my alarm set for every hour throughout the nite, since she since wont eat on her own. i plan on giving her half water half baby food every hour, to make sure she doesnt get dehydrated or have her blodd sugar drop through the nite. so far so good! and everyone can bet if things get any worse off to the vet we go! thanks all!! |
Glad to read she's doing better! |
