Babybear's MRI results
 

Hi Everyone,
I know you all have been waiting to hear the results of Babybear's MRI.. I got the call this morning. And it is not good news.. The pin they were looking for is in Babybear's brain where we were hoping it wouldn't be. They did say they did not know how long it had been up there or traveling. It was my understanding last week we counted 4 pins in his neck, I guess we were wrong.. Now I am to watch for neurological problems this will tell us that the pin is traveling. I am thinking positive that the pin will stay where it is and he will be fine for many years.. One thing we will know is if he does start having problems it is being cause by the Pin..
He is home with me now resting comfortably. Poor little guy got his head cut.. I thought they were going to go into the bottom part of the neck like they did last time.. I was wrong.. But in a few weeks his hair will all grow back and he will be back to normal.
I want to thank everyone that has been helping out believe it is helping a great deal.. And also to everyone for their prayers and well wishes. My family and I greatly appreciate everything all you have done.. Thank you so much again.

I'm sorry to hear this about Babybear. When I first joined YT I read about him. Prayers and well wishes for Babybear.

I do not know how I managed to miss all of the BabyBear threads, but apparently I did.

I am so very sorry for all of the problems that BabyBear has had over the past couple of years. I hope and pray that the pin will settle and will not cause any problems. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hugs to BabyBear and his loving family :hug:

Oh Val and precious BabyBear your YT family is praying so very hard for you both and hope that the good Lord will keep BabyBear pain free and with you for many more years and that the pin will not travel further. I know it must be so hard for you to even give us updates but very much appreciated. Hugs to you both.

This poor little one has been threw so much I pray that pin stay's put.
It's hard to believe this could have happened in the first place.

My prayers will be focused to Babybear to help him have no more problems. He is such a tough little guy to have gone thru so much in his short little life. He sure deserves to have some good news. Val, I'm praying that the pin does not continue to travel and that Babybear is able to live a normal life w/o any neurological problems.

Hi there Everyone,
BB seems to be doing pretty good.. I have notices a few things with him.. But I am giving him time to recoup before I let it sink it that it might be due to the pin.. When he sleeps he does a lot of head jumping.. his head bobs up. Almost like a pup having a dream but this is all the time when he sleeps.. I know he can not be dreaming that much..also his right front paw jumps i will repositon him and it will stop then he will move back to where he is comfy and his leg starts up again..This has been happening for a couple weeks now.. Surgeon said it had nothing to do with the pin that is in his brain..So I do not know what to think.. I will be keeping a close eye on his of course. I will keep you all updated..

Val, I am so sorry - I am just seeing this thread and I had been thinking about BabyBear. I will continue to pray for him and for you. I know he is your heart in so many ways. He is such a sweet boy.
