Okay so there is a long story with the car and i tell you I wish I could find somebody who would burn that damn thing for me...when I first started selling real estate I made the mistake of getting a job with a big real estate company as you all can imagine it was Century 21. At the time I was driving a 1988 delta 88 that I paid only $400 for and it was extra clean and drove like a cadillac I bought it off an old man, but when I started at Century 21 all of the agents there were driving mercedes and bmw's and do you know the broker to the company I was working for told me, he embarrassed me one day in front of everyone and told me if I wanted to make it in the real estate business I would think about getting a better car, first impressions are everything in the real estate world, if you don't look like you have money then people assume your not making any money because you do not know how to sell property, so like a dummy I went out and financed a 32,000 Camry fully loaded, i could be driving a bmw for that price, I financed it for 6 years and have 24 thousand left on my loan, I can't just sell it wish I could, and I can't just give it back then it would really ruin my credit which i'm trying to make better now. Thank god my car payment is only $325 a month my insurance is $256 a month I'm almost done with this loan just a couple more years like two more years and lets not forget I'm still selling real estate I know things are not going to be this bad for too long but my thing is Charlie can't wait for things to get better he needs help now. I might if anything put my condo up for sale, I cannot refinance I already did that when I was out of a job those 7 months, and I do not have any equity to take out I just refinanced so I might just sell but how long is it going to take to sell my condo when the market is bad??? |
Sounds to me like the bottom line is you can't afford his needs, so give him to the rescue and let them take care of him... |
A lot of folks these days are having to take a few steps back to re-group till things turn around. Is there a family member you could live with? |

I am so sorry your having to experienceall of this stress. I am thinking that maybe you could go the route of having him as a service animal. What you could do is go to your primary care doctor and tell them you need a letter for you dog stating the he is a service animal. You do not need to tell the doctor about him needing surgery. Tell the doctor that The dog helps you with your emotional needs, and anxiety. The dog provides you with keeping your emotions and feeling balanced, and you less stressed out because you have him. i hope that this does not seem dishonest or anything, but, If it could help you and Your Dog, perhaps it is worth a try. :aimeeyork My Yorkie pup was got for a service dog, and it actually was not too hard to do. Service dogs, or emotional support animal are there because they serve a a unquie purpose. If your doctor is willing to write the letter then I hope he could have the surgery..... Best wishes to you:animal-pa |
