Tricksie fast trip to Vet???
Last night Tricksie was coughing a little and during the night I heard her making a gulping sound. She was fine this morning, I started combing her and as I turned her over and combed her chin I saw a thread hanging out of her mouth, there was no end to it so I tried to see if it was caught on her back teeth, it was wrapped around her tongue, 4 in. long, wiggled it around and I had a panic attack thinking it could be hung in her throat so I rushed to the Vet. as I was waiting, checked, and it was gone. They gave me Laxatone, flavored vaseline, to help it pass if she swallowed it. He said if she started vomiting that she would have to have surgery. She has passed a lot of foreign stuff, hopefully she will be alright.
She has not pooped since this morning before our panic attack.
He asked me if could have a needle on the end, NO, I am certain because I don't sew. |
