Just checking in on any updates...I'm guessing he is in right now!! OMG! I am so scared for him and for you Vicki!! We are praying our heart out here!!! I hope you can feel the love and prayers coming yours and Bleu's way!! :hands:

THEY DID NOT CALL ME PROCEDURE IS DONE AND HE IS AWAKE!




Says the de wormer caused inflamed tonsilitis! Says they have given him an injection in the blood stream to minimize the swelling says the swelling on his right tonsil was so inflamed from that medicine that his airways have been blocked every time he had any energy or got excited. If they can not get the swelling to go down in 1-2 weeks which he feels confident BLEU WILL BE FINE ON PROPER MEDS then they will have to remove his tonsils. IT IS NOT A PROCEDURE THEY WANT TO DO THIS IS JUST WORSE CASE SCENARIO!

OMG!! that is WONDERFUL news that it is somehting that can be fixed!! Praise the LORD!!! :hands:

That makes me curious, just what kind of dewormer did they give him ??? thats kind of scary :eek:

I'm curious too as to the wormer that was used for him.

from what Vicki described to me, it sounds like the liquid wormer most puppies get for all the intestinal worms. The thing is, he went in with tape worms so I've been wondering all along if they even gave him the right wormer because to my knowledge, the liquid wormer does nothing for tape worms. I've always been given pills when Lacy and Rylie both had tape worms in the past. The vet where she lives (not A&M) is the one who gave Bleu Boy the wormer...I keep telling her I wonder if they even gave him the right wormer.

Oh Vicky, I hope you have some good meds to keep you calm. I just can't believe this! Your Bleu boy has become a household name for us here.
We are praying this all ends soon and you can be on your way to enjoying your precious little angel.

They always say that God only gives you as much as you can handle but I'm beginning to wonder myself. This is just not FAIR!!! all that you have been through. Poor Bleu, he has gone through so much. And all the worrying you have done for your poor baby. It just hurts so much to worry like this.

You really did the right thing remaining calm because they do know when you get scared and you don't want him to be scared. Speak calm words to Bleu. I know it's so hard at the moment when things are so scary.

Please- when you see Bleu give him lots of kisses from us.
I can't see you but if I was able to I would give you the BIGGEST and LONGEST hug because you so.................. need it! :-)
Can you imagine living through this all alone??? OMG I sure couldn't!!!

I thank all of YT for being here for Vicky at a time she when she needs all of us most. What a group of such caring and wonderful people!!!!
