Prayers for Autum that she continues to improve, bless her heart. |
I'm just seeing this. I'm glad she seems to be getting better. How scary. |
Good morning Amie, I'm glad to hear Autumn is feeling a bit better and that you are comfortable enough to let your parents take care of her :) You and Autumn are in my thoughts and I hope you are able to enjoy your time away...Hugs from me and Lucy. Warm regards, |
Some good news at last. That's great Amie. Keep up the good work Autumn. Prayer's still coming for a complete recovery. Hugs, |
Glad to hear she is doing better....try to enjoy yourself and relax. Im sure your mom will take good care of her. |
I am here if you need me!!! Hope that Autumn just has a little tummy ache. Our Yorkies are always picking up things off the ground!! Please let me know how she is doing! Remi, my husband, and I are all saying a prayer for her. |
Prayers for Autumn I can understand the anguish you are feeling ...the waiting to hear...what is wrong...what is wrong?? I hope it is not serious...just maybe a dry stool perhaps...my thoughts and prayers are with you. Nikeann07:aimeeyork |
Thank you to everyone who sent me messages regarding Autumn! We are now home and she is doing much better! It seems that she was impacted w/carrots. She must not be chewing them up good enough and they clogged up her belly. She did not vomit them up until Saturday evening. (she had her last carrot at 4:15am on Wednesday) Once she vomited she was like a new girl. Back to her old self!!!! Thank god! We will know longer be giving carrots as treats, Im not willing to take the chance. But thanks everyone, YT is a true blessing for us!!! ;) |
That's so good to hear that she is back to herself! I know that you are relieved! I have to nuke carrots for Hot Rod, he doesn't like them raw but he loves them cooked. Maybe if they were softer she might chew them? Anyhow, glad that she is okay now!:yay_jump: |
so glad to here she is doing better |
Good grief! Who would have ever thought carrots would do that! I'm so glad you got it figured out and she is back to being wild and crazy! Does my heart good to hear happy news! Hugs to you! |
Glad to hear that Autumn is feeling better. My Max doesn't chew his food too well and I noticed chunks of orange in his poop - it was the baby carrots. I slice them for him but Mia loves to chew hers. These kids!!! If it isn't one thing - it's another :) |
Happy and relieved for you This is a good lesson for ME:eek:....for I give my Yorkies raw carrots...never will again!!! thanks for sharing your experience. Nikeann07 |
Amie just seeing this entire thread regarding Autumn. First I'm so glad that she is home with you and so shocked that carrots did this???:eek::eek: OMG who would have thought that? Geez Louise what can we give our babies now? See they do just inhale food and don't chew enough...or you can still give carrots but shred them in your food processor? |
I pray for your baby ! I hope she is well soon and I pray Good NEWS Love Vicki |
