They have the blood tranfusion going and she is coming out of shock but with the blood in her lung she is still struggling to breath. They can't do surgery until her blood count comes up.

Dear God please give Ginny the strength to be able to pull through this most difficult time. I am so very sorry she has worsened. Glad to hear she is coming out of shock. Our thoughts and prayers remain with you both. :hands: :hands:

I cannot begin to describe how sad I am that little Jinny had this relapse. I just cannot stop thinking of her and her Mama. The owner of that dog that did this monstrous thing, should be forced to go the the hospital and made to look at Jinny's injuries and her suffering. And that is not punishment enough. He needs to be held accountable. What happens if his next victim is a small child??? This savage animal is truly a lethal weapon.
Sorry for the rant, but I am just so mad that an aggressive animal like that is allowed to run free.

I will be praying for Jinny,

Dear Lord! I'm so deeply sadden to hear this. That poor little girl. I hope she continues her fight and that the good lord heals her. I will continue to pray for her and you. I'm so very, very sorry.

I hope she pulls through this, I will never forget her picture. How shameful it is for the people responsible for this to not be held accountable, and they call themselves dog owners?? There must be something else that you can do, such as sue them through civil courts.

This just breaks my heart, thinking of the terror Jinny went through during the attack, and now she is fighting for her life. I pray that she can overcome these obstacles and be healthy very soon. I can only imagine your pain, Melissa, as witnessing this and now dealing with seeing your Jinny suffer with these serious injuries. . My heart goes out to you and sweet Jinny. I lit a candle and will continue praying.

I know this thread is about Jinny, but as others, I'm really mad that this happened. It is so senseless and could have been remedied if that dog's owners were responsible and had not let it run free.
