Luvy needs LP Surgery Advice Needed Luvy is 9 months old. We knew she was going to need both knees done when w:confused: e got her. It was a choice that we made knowing before hand. The Vet told us today we need to set up an appointment with Texas A&M Vet School. They will be the ones to do the surgery. She picks up one leg while running and hops 4 or 5 steps worth. Shows no pain in the least. We do not want to have the surgery done to soon. But then again do not want to wait until it is to late and does damage. I would appreciate any advice concerning the surgery, recovery, and what all to expect. Should we have both legs done at the same time? Our hearts are just breaking for her. The little ones do not understand why or what is going on. Thanks for any advice and guidance. |

Lily went through the surgery about a month ago Gracies Mom was a big help, here is Lily’s ordeal. I would suggest doing both legs at once and the sooner the better. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=116168 http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=116654 http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=117546 |
